Batch 01

Onyxia Digital · Spec-site batch 01 · 1 August 2026

Seven businesses. Seven broken front doors.

Every prospect below was verified against primary records before a page was built — state bar, corporate filings, signed IRS returns, DNS. Each has a working practice and a presence that leaks. Screenshots are real captures, taken headlessly from a live browser. Briefs and pitch audits are included inline.

PITCH 01

Law Office of Irma Yanet Ramirez P.A.

Hollywood, FL · 4.9★ / 217 reviews · Bar #127415

Her website is broken and everything she does online points at it. The domain is registered, the email on it works, her Instagram bio links it — and the site serves an error page.

$ curl -sSI https://iramirezlaw.com HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found x-wix-cache-control: public, max-age=30 $ curl -sSL https://iramirezlaw.com | grep title <title>ConnectYourDomain Error | Wix.com</title> ← apex and www, http and https

What's wrong today

  • The site 404s. Domain pointed at Wix with no published site connected.
  • She can't tell. Email on the same domain works fine, so nothing warned her.
  • She's advertising it — the dead URL is in her Instagram bio (~790 followers) and on Facebook.
  • Her Google listing has no website link at all — 217 reviews funnelling nowhere.
  • Wrong address in directories — Justia and others still show 2500 Hollywood Blvd; she's at 2435.

Why the replacement converts

  • It resolves. The lowest bar in the industry, and the one her current setup fails.
  • Her reviews get a destination. The strongest asset she owns finally points somewhere.
  • Intake is built in. A reviewer wrote that he called three times a week and never got a call back — a form, a next step and an auto-response fix that class of loss.
  • Spanish is a real mirrored page with hreflang, matching a review corpus that is overwhelmingly Spanish.
  • Bar-verification copy protects her name where scammers clone attorneys' photos and voices.
Pitch audit — what she reads

The one-sentence finding

Your website is broken, and everything you do online points at it.

What we mean, exactly

iramirezlaw.com does not load. It returns a Wix “ConnectYourDomain” error — the domain is registered and pointed at Wix, but no site is connected. We checked apex and www, over http and https, on 1 August 2026. Every one returns a 404.

  • Your email on that same domain works finelawoffice@iramirezlaw.com. You're paying for the domain and using it daily. Nothing would have warned you the site behind it stopped resolving.
  • Your Instagram bio links to it (~790 followers), and so does your Facebook page. Everyone who has tapped that link saw an error.
  • Your Google listing has no website at all. 4.9 stars across 217 reviews — one of the strongest review records of any immigration attorney in Broward — and the “Add website” placeholder is still sitting there.

What that costs you

You are not short on demand or reputation. You have more reviews than the Hollywood firms that outrank you in search, you were named Local Business Person of the Year 2024 on Alignable with 27 recommendations, and you answer your reviews personally — including the critical ones.

The gap is entirely at the last step: someone hears about you, searches, finds 217 five-star reviews, clicks through to learn more — and lands on an error. At a typical immigration case value of $2,500–$5,000, it does not take many of those to matter.

One of your own reviews makes the point better than we can. A prospective client wrote that he called three times a week after a June consultation and never got a call back. That is not a character problem, it is an intake problem — the kind a working site with a form, a clear next step and an auto-response is built to solve.

Two more things worth fixing, and they're free

  • Your address is wrong in several directories. Justia, Lawyer Legion and others still publish 2500 Hollywood Blvd Ste 203. You're at 2435. People are being sent to the wrong building.
  • Your story isn't anywhere you control. In June 2025, CiberCuba covered you taking the case of a Cuban mother on I-220B with a two-month-old baby — reporting that most attorneys had refused to represent her. Whatever happened next, that fact says something real about how you practice, and it lives only on a news site you don't own.

What we built already

A complete site in English and Español: practice pages for family petitions, green cards, citizenship, TPS, asylum and removal defense; flat-fee positioning; a consultation form in both languages; and a “notario is not a lawyer” section with Bar-verification instructions. Everything on it is real except what only you can confirm: your photo, your bio, your fees, your hours.

⚠ Press handling — read before pitching

CiberCuba covered her twice in 2025 on the Elienay Estrada I-220B case. She won a one-year deferment on 24 June 2025 — but the formal stay was DENIED on 6 August 2025, and a follow-up ICE appointment in June 2026 has now passed with an unknown outcome.

Pitch “you took the case nobody else would.” Never say “you won.” Do not raise the June 2026 appointment.

Blocking list

  • Photo, bio, hours, email to publish
  • Flat-fee stance confirmation (site copy promises written flat fees)
  • Bar number display approval; board-certification status (assumed NOT certified — never imply it; two Hollywood competitors are)
  • Review-selection approval before any quote renders
  • Spanish copy sign-off — she is the native speaker

Judgment calls made

  • Rendered her real address (Bar + GBP consistent, fully public).
  • Used sweep-time review figures (4.9/217) — refresh before the meeting.
  • boardCertified=false hard-coded so the build cannot imply certification.

PITCH 02

Ena Valera-Teano Law

Fort Lauderdale, FL · 4.9★ / 76 · Bar #116595

She posts daily to 1,700 Facebook followers, and the Website field on that page points at a domain that no longer exists. Justia and Lawyers.com send prospects to the same dead link.

$ nslookup evtimmigrationlaw.com *** Non-existent domain $ nslookup evtimmigrationlaw.com 8.8.8.8 *** Non-existent domain (Google DNS) also unregistered: abogadaena.com, enavaleralaw.com

What's wrong today

  • Domain gone, not just down. NXDOMAIN means the registration lapsed.
  • She still publishes it in the Website field of a Facebook page she posts to daily.
  • Directories repeat it — Justia and Lawyers.com both send clients to the dead link.
  • Split identity — Avvo, Yelp, Lawyers.com and Martindale show an old Tamarac address; Avvo prints it with a ZIP from a different city.
  • Hotmail intake for a board member of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association.

Why the replacement converts

  • It catches an audience she already built — daily Reels at 84–480 views, one handle across four platforms.
  • Her story becomes an asset she owns. Her own words about arriving from El Salvador live only on a third-party profile marked Inactive Member.
  • Correct address everywhere, ending the citation inconsistency Google reads as unreliability.
  • She'll actually feed it. Most agency sites go stale in a month; she posts every day.
Pitch audit — what she reads

The one-sentence finding

Justia and Lawyers.com are sending your prospects to a website that no longer exists — the domain is dead — while your 4.9★, 76-review reputation has nowhere to land.

The dead-link problem, specifically

  • evtimmigrationlaw.com fails to resolve (checked apex and www, 1 Aug 2026).
  • Your Justia and Lawyers.com profiles still list it as your firm website. A prospect who clicks gets a browser error — which reads as “out of business” to someone deciding whom to trust with their family's case.
  • Scammers actively impersonate real immigration attorneys, cloning photos, retainers and even voices. An attorney with a dead official site is easier to impersonate, not harder.

What you own vs what's leaking

AssetStatus

Your story“Abogada Ena,” an immigrant herself — the strongest brand asset in your market, and nothing tells it
WebsiteDead domain, live directory links pointing at it
CitationsFort Lauderdale (Bar, Google) vs Tamarac (Yelp, Avvo, Martindale)

What that plausibly costs

Fort Lauderdale's organic results belong to heavily-marketed firms with modern bilingual sites. You don't need to beat them head-on: you need the people who already found you — through reviews, referrals and your own name — to land somewhere that confirms their choice instead of a DNS error. At a blended $2,500–$5,000 per signed case, one rescued case a month pays for years of this.

What we built already

A complete EN/ES site around your actual practice mix, your story front and centre, flat-fee positioning, and Bar-verification instructions that protect your name. Real facts only; placeholders where only you can answer.

Internal brief — verified facts & judgment calls

Verified public facts

  • FL Bar #116595, good standing, admitted 16 May 2015, Nova Southeastern JD 2014, no discipline. Phone (954) 873-5310 (office and cell). Intake: ena.law@hotmail.com.
  • Address resolved: 3601 W Commercial Blvd Ste 31, Fort Lauderdale 33309 — confirmed on all three owner-controlled sources (Bar record, GBP, her own Facebook). Tamarac is stale directory data.
  • Practice: immigration exclusively — asylum, removal defense, family petitions, naturalization, SIJS, consular processing, waivers, U-visas, VAWA, detention.
  • Most digitally active prospect in the batch: FB @AbogadaEna 1.7K followers posting daily; TikTok, Threads, Instagram on the same handle.
  • Board of Directors, Broward County Hispanic Bar Association (2018–present).

Her story, self-written (usable with permission)

“As an immigrant from El Salvador, I realize the determination that it takes to start a new life in a new country. I came to the United States as a teenager who did not speak fluent English… When other attorneys may give up, I have helped clients to get positive results.

⚠ A correction worth remembering

A research agent initially reported “she already has a website” after reading a directory that listed the URL. Re-verifying against DNS is why this pitch survived. Directory listings are not evidence a site loads.

Blocking list

  • Practice-area and flat-fee confirmation; email, hours, photo, bio
  • Spanish copy sign-off (she is the native speaker)
  • Whether she wants the old domain revived — check availability WITH her; never register a prospect's namesake domain ourselves. That's the hostage move we sell against.
PITCH 03

Law Offices of Frandley D. Julien P.A.

Miami, FL · HLA Board Director · Haitian radio & TV

The only prospect whose site actually works — and it still fails. He speaks Kreyòl on Haitian radio and television every week, and his website has no Kreyòl or French version at all.

$ curl -s https://julienlegal.com | grep -oiE 'hreflang|lang="[a-z-]+"' lang="en" ← one language declared hreflang: none ← no alternate-language pages exist $ curl -s https://julienlegal.com | grep -ciE 'krey[oò]l|fran[cç]ais'0 $ curl -s https://julien-legal.pages.dev/ht/ | grep '<h1' Yon vrè avoka imigrasyon. Ki reponn telefòn li.

Teardown of the current site

  • English only — verified in the markup. lang="en", zero hreflang tags, and not one Kreyòl or French word on the page. His audience is reached in Kreyòl weekly.
  • Carousel hero with arrow controls. Rotating heroes reliably suppress conversion — most visitors see only the first frame, and the controls compete with the CTA.
  • Headline says nothing specific. “Client Focused. Results Driven. / Committed to Helping Our Clients Succeed” could belong to any firm in any practice area.
  • Text sits over faces. The headline overlaps the team photo's subjects instead of being given its own space.
  • Five practice areas at equal weight — Immigration, Criminal, PI, Family, Other. His immigration story competes with four others.
  • “Faceboook” — a typo in the header social links, on a trust page, in the wild right now.
  • Twitter branding in the social row, a platform renamed in 2023 — a small staleness signal visitors read faster than you'd think.
  • Real asset being wasted: a genuine seven-person team photo and an “In the News” section. Both are proof most competitors can't buy — buried in nav.

Why the replacement converts

  • It closes the language gap at peak intent. He's heard Sunday; the search happens Monday; the page now answers in the language that reached them.
  • It defends his audience. In this corridor the operations advertising hardest in Kreyòl are frequently not licensed attorneys — a Creole speaker who bounces off an English page may land on an unlicensed one.
  • One message. Immigration leads; the other practice areas stop competing with it.
  • Static and fast — content in the HTML source, no carousel, no render-blocking. Crawlers and AI answer engines see every word on first request.
  • His proof gets used. The team photo and press become trust anchors on the page rather than nav items.
  • Kreyòl ships flagged for his own review — he's the native speaker and a broadcaster. Machine-competent is not community-fluent.
Pitch audit — what he reads

The one-sentence finding

You speak Kreyòl on Haitian radio and television every week, and your website only speaks English — so every listener who searches your name lands on a page they cannot read in the language you just reached them in.

What you already own (and most attorneys would pay for)

  • Earned Creole-market distribution. Regular appearances on Haitian radio and TV; published in the Miami Herald, Sun-Sentinel, Jamaica Observer and Haiti's Le National. Board Director of the Haitian Lawyers Association. Your Facebook is branded Cabinet Frandley Julien.
  • Origin credibility. Born in Milot. In this market that is not biography, it is trust.

The hardest and most expensive part of the funnel — reaching Haitian South Florida with your name — you already solved, for free, with your own voice.

Where it leaks

AssetStatus
AudienceRadio, TV, press — recurring
WebsiteExists, dated, no Kreyòl and no French version
Language matchYou broadcast in Kreyòl → they search your name → the site answers in English
FocusFive practice areas competing on one page

A listener who hears you Sunday and types your name Monday is at peak intent. If the page cannot speak to them, the intent goes to whoever ranks next — and in this corridor, the operations that market hardest in Kreyòl are frequently not licensed attorneys at all.

What we built already

A complete site in English and Kreyòl Ayisyen — not a translate widget, but real mirrored pages with hreflang so Google serves the right language: practice pages for family petitions, green cards, citizenship, TPS, asylum and removal defense; flat-fee positioning; and a “yon notario pa yon avoka” section with Bar-verification instructions in Kreyòl that protects your name from the impersonators working this same community.

The Kreyòl copy is written and waiting for your review — you are the native speaker; we would not ship it without your eyes on it.

Next upgrade if you want it: a French /fr/ version, same architecture. Your audience straddles both.

Internal brief — verified facts & judgment calls

Verified public facts

  • Florida Bar member (~7 years, FIU College of Law). HLA Board Director. Born in Milot, Haiti.
  • 290 NW 165th St, Mezzanine 400, Miami FL 33169.
  • Phone (305) 290-3838 — appears six times on his own site.
  • Existing site julienlegal.com: c.2024 design, © 2024, English only, five practice areas.
  • Review aggregate not verified → deliberately omitted from the build.

⚠ A factual error I made and corrected

The first build used (305) 501-2767, taken from the sweep CSV. That number belongs to GRUCAN Immigration Law — a different row in the same spreadsheet. His own site shows (305) 290-3838 in six places. Corrected and redeployed. Rule added to the factory skill: never take a phone number from a scored CSV without confirming it against the business's own property.

Blocking list

  • Kreyòl copy review — his corrections are the deliverable
  • Immigration-first, or the full five-area spread? Changes the architecture
  • Migrate julienlegal.com or run on a fresh domain — his domain, his call
  • French /fr/ — worth asking; the variant needs an FR block added (straightforward)
  • Fees per case type, photo/bio, email, hours

Judgment calls

  • Built EN + HT. French omitted only because the variant lacks it, not because he lacks the audience.
  • Positioned immigration-first; if he insists on five practice areas, that dilutes the pitch and should be said out loud.
PITCH 04

The Law Office of Lisania Rodriguez P.A.

Greenacres, FL · 5.0★ / 21 · Bar #103937

Perfect and invisible. Nobody has ever been unhappy with her — and a client searching her own road will never find her.

What's wrong today

  • No website, no domain. Intake through a Gmail address.
  • Her Avvo profile actively hurts her — 0.0 stars, no reviews, “has not specified their practice areas.”
  • Two phone numbers in public records — her Bar record still shows an old line.
  • Corridor competitors hold 87 and 88 reviews and out-rank her everywhere but the map pin.

Why the replacement converts

  • Her clients' own words become the copy. Two independent reviewers wrote, unprompted, that she isn't in it for the money — that's the brand, stated for her.
  • The free wins come first — claiming and fixing that dead Avvo profile costs nothing and proves value before an invoice.
  • Built for video. Her best-performing post by far is a 47-second video; she has a Reels tab she barely uses.
  • One phone number, everywhere.
Pitch audit — what she reads

The one-sentence finding

You have a perfect 5.0★ record and thirteen years at the Bar, and a client searching your own corridor cannot find you: no website, an empty unclaimed Avvo profile, unclaimed directories — while Adolphe Law Group (564 reviews, trilingual website) owns Lake Worth Road.

What you own vs what's invisible

AssetStatus
Reputation5.0★ — literally unbeatable, but only 21 people deep
Credentials13 years admitted, clean record — and nowhere online says so except the Bar's own directory
WebsiteNone
Avvo / directoriesUnclaimed, empty — free citations sitting on the table
ConsistencyTwo different phone numbers in public records

The corridor math

Your office sits on the same road as a firm with 4.9★ across 564 reviews and a modern multilingual site. None of them has your rating; all of them out-rank you everywhere except the map pin, because ranking requires a site to rank.

The honest version: a website will not out-muscle 564 reviews this year. What it does is catch everyone who finds you first — referrals checking you out, map-pack browsers comparing three tabs — and stop sending them onward. At $2,500–$5,000 per signed case, that leak matters more than the ranking war.

What we built already

A complete EN/ES site: six practice pages, flat-fee positioning, the notario trust section with Bar-verification instructions, and a bilingual consultation form. Plus the free-to-claim list (Avvo, directories) we'd clean up in month one.

Internal brief — verified facts & judgment calls

Verified public facts

  • FL Bar #103937, good standing, admitted 13 Jun 2013, Nova Southeastern JD 2012, solo, no discipline, Spanish on record.
  • Active in 2026 — confirmed: Google review ~June 2026; Facebook video 5 Jun 2026 with 41 reactions and an active Spanish comment thread.
  • Phone resolved: (561) 284-8925 — on both GBP and Facebook. The Bar's (561) 452-1655 is stale.
  • 6801 Lake Worth Rd Ste 111, Greenacres 33467. Intake: attorneylisaniarodriguez@gmail.com.
  • She claimed her GBP and set “women-owned” and “Latino-owned” attributes — not tech-averse, just stopped at the free tier.

Her brand, in clients' own words

“How hard is now a days to find a lawyer that actually care for your case and is not only there to take your money.”
“it's difficult to find a lawyer who can guide you through the immigration process without worrying about how to get your money.” (translated from Spanish)

Blocking list

  • Practice mix: immigration only, or family law too? (Martindale auto-tags family law — confirm, don't assume)
  • Fees, hours, email, photo/bio — no public headshot exists anywhere, likely a genuine deliverable
  • Spanish copy sign-off

Open question

lrodriguezlaw.com resolves to an empty DreamHost page. Not attributed to her without a WHOIS — could be a second dead-domain hook or a name collision.

PITCH 05

Providence Tax Services Inc

West Palm Beach, FL · 19 years filing · EIN 26-0504980

An F-rated company with a near-identical name is collecting his one-star reviews, and he's been fighting it in the reply box because he owns no piece of the internet where he could win the argument instead.

What's wrong today

  • Only listed domain is broken both ways — expired certificate over https, Cloudflare 1001 over http.
  • Facebook page is gone (“content isn't available”); Instagram @jnmservice is dead too.
  • Zero listings across Yelp, BBB, Manta, YellowPages, Thumbtack, Nextdoor, ZoomInfo and eleven more.
  • Three 1★ reviews meant for another company drag him to ~3.3★. Google's review keywords now read scam · agi · number.
  • No reviews anywhere but Google — TaxBuzz 0, Bizapedia 0, Experience.com 0.

Why the replacement converts

  • It ends the identity problem quietly. The scam story stays off the page on purpose — a homepage arguing it isn't a scam plants the idea it denies.
  • Nineteen years finally shows up somewhere. Every annual report filed since 2007, and not one public page says so.
  • The dead link retires, so nobody gets a security warning with his name on it.
  • Kreyòl is an open lane — he pays to advertise on a Creole channel with zero Creole content anywhere he controls.
Pitch audit — what he reads

The one-sentence finding

You have been preparing returns from the same address since 2007, and you own no piece of the internet — so when three one-star reviews meant for a company with a similar name landed on your listing, the only place you could defend yourself was in the reply box.

What exists online, in full

AssetReality
WebsiteNone. The only domain ever listed for you — jnmservice.com, still on your old Facebook page — now fails: Cloudflare error 1001 and an expired security certificate.
FacebookGone. Returns “This content isn't available right now.”
Yelp, BBB, Manta, YellowPages, Thumbtack, Nextdoor, ZoomInfoNo listing at all. Eighteen directories checked.
Google Business ProfileExists. Shows “Add website.” Opens at 10 AM.
Reviews, everywhereSeven. All on Google. Averaging 3.3 stars.

The three reviews, and why they matter more than the rating

Three of those seven are one-star, all from about two years ago, all describing the same phone scam — someone called to get an AGI number and was charged around $500 by people named “Brianna” and “Nicholas Lorentz.”

You replied to each one yourself:

“We are not the business that prepared your return and you're not our client. Please verify carefully the business' name, we are NOT Providence Tax prep, we are: PROVIDENCE TAX SERVICES INC.”

That reply is correct and it is also the whole problem. You are litigating your own identity in a review box, one customer at a time, because there is nowhere else on the internet that says who you are.

Nineteen years of filings against seven reviews and a broken link.

One open lane nobody in your corridor has taken

Your ad has run in the description of a Haitian-Creole YouTube channel. Your team's names, and the community you clearly serve, are Haitian. And there is not one word of Kreyòl anywhere in your online presence — because there is no online presence to put it in.

What we built already

A complete site that ends the identity problem quietly: your real corporate name, your address, nineteen years said plainly, published price ranges, and pages for personal returns, business returns, IRS letters and bookkeeping. Month one alongside it: claim the Google listing, retire the dead link, file removal requests on the three misdirected reviews, and start collecting reviews from clients you've had for years.

Internal brief — verified facts & the correction I made

Verified public facts

  • FL #P07000077539, ACTIVE, filed 6 Jul 2007, annual report every year through 2 Apr 2026. RA D. John Venelus. Officer of record is a trust (“2424 Pro Living Trust”).
  • 2424 N Congress Ave Ste J, West Palm Beach 33409. Hours Mon–Fri 10–5, Sat 10–3.
  • PTINs P02034152 and P02281824 in use. No CPA/EA/AFSP found — unenrolled preparers. Normal; not a talking point.

✅ The correction — my “listing tampering” theory was wrong

I hypothesised the unfamiliar (800) number meant someone had edited his unclaimed Google listing. Two independent passes killed that:

  • The 800 number is printed on his own signed IRS Form 990 paid-preparer blocks — Feb 2024, Mar 2025 and Mar 2026 — alongside the matching EIN and address. He switched from 561 → 800 between Mar 2023 and Feb 2024.
  • A sponsor block on a Haitian-Creole YouTube channel uploaded 7 Apr 2026 pairs the 800 number with his exact street address.
  • No rival business claims that number anywhere, and the family uses toll-free lines as a pattern.

Those filings also prove the practice is actively preparing returns in 2026 — better evidence of life than any review. Technique now in the factory skill: ProPublica's 990 full-text search exposes any tax firm's current phone, EIN, PTINs and filing activity, and beats every scraped directory.

Handling

  • Who to address? Reviews name Makenson as the preparer, but Sunbiz places him in Deerfield Beach running Nexus Insurance as of Oct 2025. Confirm first.
  • Do not mention the 2012 foreclosure case against D. John Venelus. Fourteen years old, resolved, irrelevant, toxic.
  • Do not put the scam story on his website. It belongs in the pitch only.
  • Google's true current rating: 3.3 or 3.9? Sources disagree — check live before quoting a number.
PITCH 06

United Plus Income Tax

Lake Worth Beach, FL · 9 years · GBP unclaimed

Two reviews ever, one of them wordless — and three businesses under one name that nobody can find.

What's wrong today

  • Google listing unclaimed, zero photos, hours unverified.
  • Two reviews, one wordless. A silent 1★ from four years ago drags a 5.0 to 3.0 permanently.
  • Corridor competitors hold 114, 85 and 75 reviews.
  • Yellow Pages lists his address with a competitor's phone and website. His real number appears nowhere on it.
  • The barber shop next door isn't on Google Maps at all despite being an active LLC since 2024.

Why the replacement converts

  • Prices published — the thing every competitor in the corridor hides, and the first question every walk-in asks.
  • Reviews become a system. He files hundreds of returns a year and asks none of those clients.
  • One home for the whole brand — tax, barber shop, and whatever comes next.
  • Español claimed honestly — “Impuestos” is in his own listing name. Kreyòl left unclaimed because it isn't verified.
Pitch audit — what he reads

The one-sentence finding

The season math

Lake Worth Beach fills with people searching “impuestos cerca de mi” and “tax preparation near me” every January. Those searches currently land on Thumbtack pages and a national chain. At your average prep fee, every 2–3 captured returns a month covers the entire service.

What we built already

A complete site in your voice: published price ranges (samples for you to adjust), personal/business/IRS-letter/bookkeeping pages, year-round positioning, and an “in your language” section ready to say Español today and Kreyòl the moment you confirm it. Plus the month-one checklist that costs nothing but the doing: claim the listing, fix the hours, start the review engine.

The only review text that exists

“LOVED THE EXPERIENCE! No issues whatsoever. If you need a man of their word junior is the guy for you!

That phrase is the tone guide for the whole site.

Judgment calls

  • Review aggregate omitted from the site — 3.0★ from 2 reviews is scarcity, not signal.
  • Site name = the GBP trade name customers see; corp name kept to the brief.
  • Español claimed (his own branding claims it); Kreyòl withheld — Haitian surnames plus a ~9% Creole-speaking city is an inference, not evidence.
  • Distinct from “United Tax Service” at 415 N Dixie — never conflate.

Handling

  • Do not raise the three corporate reinstatements (2020, 2021, 2023). Use only to shape tone: “we handle it, you don't think about it.”
  • Best channel is a walk-in — no website, no email, no confirmable social. The visit also lets you see the barber shop.
  • Timing: it's August. Season revenue is banked, five months to build before January.

Nancy Francillon, Attorney at Law

North Miami Beach, FL · Bar #7587, admitted 1994 Vet by phone first

Thirty-two years, 100% immigration, French/Kreyòl/English on her own Bar record — and zero digital footprint of any kind. Attorneys admitted three years ago outrank her.

What's wrong today

  • No website, no social, no reviews — every channel checked returned nothing.
  • Unclaimed Avvo and local directories — free citations left on the table.
  • Her corridor is owned by Adolphe Law Group — 4.9★, 564 reviews, a trilingual site, same road.
  • Bar record lists a PO Box and a cell, not the office. With zero reviews in 32 years, that may mean a practice winding down.

Why the replacement converts

  • Her licence finally becomes visible — the one thing the unlicensed operations working this community cannot copy.
  • Kreyòl is real, matching what her own Bar record says she speaks.
  • Review generation is the fastest fixable asset she has: zero after 32 years.
  • The audit tells her the truth — if she's retiring, we hand her the report and go. That honesty is why the rest gets believed.
Pitch audit — what she reads

The one-sentence finding

Thirty-two years practising immigration law, admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994, and a client searching “avoka imigrasyon North Miami Beach” today will not find you anywhere — no website, no reviews, no profile you control.

The part that should bother you most

In North Miami Beach, the businesses advertising hardest to Haitian clients are frequently not licensed attorneys. One nearby operation carries dozens of warm reviews from Haitian community members while a reviewer states plainly that the owner is not a lawyer. Families choose them because they are findable.

Your license is the thing those operations cannot copy. Right now it is also the thing nobody can see.

One honest note before we talk

Your Bar record lists a PO Box and a cell number rather than the office. If you are winding the practice down rather than growing it, say so and we will not take your time — the audit is yours to keep either way.

Internal brief — verified facts & the vetting flag

Verified public facts

  • FL Bar #7587, admitted 1994, Member in Good Standing, UF Levin College of Law 1993. 100% immigration practice.
  • Languages on her Bar record: French, Creole, English.
  • 801 NE 167th St Ste 200, North Miami Beach 33162. Phone (786) 332-1305.
  • Peer endorsement references “several matters involving Haitian farmworkers.”

⚠ The vetting flag — read before spending pitch time

PO Box and cell on the Bar record, no firm name, and zero reviews after 32 years. That profile is consistent with a low-volume solo practice, possibly winding down. Call before investing further.

Judgment calls

  • No aggregate rating rendered — she has none, and inventing social proof for an attorney would end the pitch and deserve to.
  • Built EN + HT. French is the post-signature upgrade — the variant needs an FR i18n block (straightforward).
  • Office address rendered from the public listing, not the Bar PO Box.

Method & disqualifications

Five candidates were disqualified during verification. That's the part of the process that saves the batch — a scored spreadsheet finds listings, not businesses.

Disqualified, with cause

  • Your Immigration & Specialist (Miami) — unlicensed notario. A reviewer states plainly: “this guy is not a lawyer or any authorized USCIS representative.” Never build, never pitch, at any price.
  • Habitat Immigration — states on its own site “NY and Brazilian Licensed Attorneys.” Not FL-barred; the immigration arm of a real-estate developer selling investor visas.
  • Varga's Immigration Attorneys — NY bar only.
  • Irving Joseph Gonzalez — genuinely FL-barred and clean, but his Bar address is Milwaukee, both domains are dead, and his newest reviews are 8–11 years old. No pulse to sell to.
  • Alonso & Hernandez Law — has a good modern site. Not a spec target — routed to the $497 Listing Repair product instead.

What each candidate had to survive

  • Licensed? State bar directory. The only absolute disqualifier is practising without a licence while presenting as a lawyer.
  • Alive? Sunbiz entity status, dated reviews, recent posts.
  • Really no site? nslookup + curl. A directory listing a URL is not evidence the site loads.
  • Tax firms: ProPublica 990 full-text search — signed paid-preparer blocks give current phone, EIN, PTINs and proof they're filing now.
  • Credentials: IRS RPO directory. Never imply a credential a firm doesn't hold.
