Onyxia Digital · Spec-site batch 01 · 1 August 2026
Every prospect below was verified against primary records before a page was built — state bar, corporate filings, signed IRS returns, DNS. Each has a working practice and a presence that leaks. Screenshots are real captures, taken headlessly from a live browser. Briefs and pitch audits are included inline.
Her website is broken and everything she does online points at it. The domain is registered, the email on it works, her Instagram bio links it — and the site serves an error page.
Your website is broken, and everything you do online points at it.
iramirezlaw.com does not load. It returns a Wix “ConnectYourDomain” error — the domain is registered and pointed at Wix, but no site is connected. We checked apex and www, over http and https, on 1 August 2026. Every one returns a 404.
lawoffice@iramirezlaw.com. You're paying for the domain and using it daily. Nothing would have warned you the site behind it stopped resolving. You are not short on demand or reputation. You have more reviews than the Hollywood firms that outrank you in search, you were named Local Business Person of the Year 2024 on Alignable with 27 recommendations, and you answer your reviews personally — including the critical ones.
The gap is entirely at the last step: someone hears about you, searches, finds 217 five-star reviews, clicks through to learn more — and lands on an error. At a typical immigration case value of $2,500–$5,000, it does not take many of those to matter.
One of your own reviews makes the point better than we can. A prospective client wrote that he called three times a week after a June consultation and never got a call back. That is not a character problem, it is an intake problem — the kind a working site with a form, a clear next step and an auto-response is built to solve.
A complete site in English and Español: practice pages for family petitions, green cards, citizenship, TPS, asylum and removal defense; flat-fee positioning; a consultation form in both languages; and a “notario is not a lawyer” section with Bar-verification instructions. Everything on it is real except what only you can confirm: your photo, your bio, your fees, your hours.

CiberCuba covered her twice in 2025 on the Elienay Estrada I-220B case. She won a one-year deferment on 24 June 2025 — but the formal stay was DENIED on 6 August 2025, and a follow-up ICE appointment in June 2026 has now passed with an unknown outcome.
Pitch “you took the case nobody else would.” Never say “you won.” Do not raise the June 2026 appointment.
boardCertified=false hard-coded so the build cannot imply certification.Instagram DM or the cell. Facebook is nearly dormant at 124 followers versus 790 on Instagram.
She posts daily to 1,700 Facebook followers, and the Website field on that page points at a domain that no longer exists. Justia and Lawyers.com send prospects to the same dead link.
Justia and Lawyers.com are sending your prospects to a website that no longer exists — the domain is dead — while your 4.9★, 76-review reputation has nowhere to land.
evtimmigrationlaw.com fails to resolve (checked apex and www, 1 Aug 2026).| Asset | Status |

| Google reviews | 76 at 4.9★, Avvo 5.0 |
| Your story | “Abogada Ena,” an immigrant herself — the strongest brand asset in your market, and nothing tells it |
| Website | Dead domain, live directory links pointing at it |
| Citations | Fort Lauderdale (Bar, Google) vs Tamarac (Yelp, Avvo, Martindale) |
Fort Lauderdale's organic results belong to heavily-marketed firms with modern bilingual sites. You don't need to beat them head-on: you need the people who already found you — through reviews, referrals and your own name — to land somewhere that confirms their choice instead of a DNS error. At a blended $2,500–$5,000 per signed case, one rescued case a month pays for years of this.
A complete EN/ES site around your actual practice mix, your story front and centre, flat-fee positioning, and Bar-verification instructions that protect your name. Real facts only; placeholders where only you can answer.
ena.law@hotmail.com.“As an immigrant from El Salvador, I realize the determination that it takes to start a new life in a new country. I came to the United States as a teenager who did not speak fluent English… When other attorneys may give up, I have helped clients to get positive results.”
A research agent initially reported “she already has a website” after reading a directory that listed the URL. Re-verifying against DNS is why this pitch survived. Directory listings are not evidence a site loads.
The only prospect whose site actually works — and it still fails. He speaks Kreyòl on Haitian radio and television every week, and his website has no Kreyòl or French version at all.
lang="en", zero hreflang tags, and not one Kreyòl or French word on the page. His audience is reached in Kreyòl weekly. You speak Kreyòl on Haitian radio and television every week, and your website only speaks English — so every listener who searches your name lands on a page they cannot read in the language you just reached them in.
The hardest and most expensive part of the funnel — reaching Haitian South Florida with your name — you already solved, for free, with your own voice.
| Asset | Status |
|---|---|
| Audience | Radio, TV, press — recurring |
| Website | Exists, dated, no Kreyòl and no French version |
| Language match | You broadcast in Kreyòl → they search your name → the site answers in English |
| Focus | Five practice areas competing on one page |
A listener who hears you Sunday and types your name Monday is at peak intent. If the page cannot speak to them, the intent goes to whoever ranks next — and in this corridor, the operations that market hardest in Kreyòl are frequently not licensed attorneys at all.
A complete site in English and Kreyòl Ayisyen — not a translate widget, but real mirrored pages with hreflang so Google serves the right language: practice pages for family petitions, green cards, citizenship, TPS, asylum and removal defense; flat-fee positioning; and a “yon notario pa yon avoka” section with Bar-verification instructions in Kreyòl that protects your name from the impersonators working this same community.
The Kreyòl copy is written and waiting for your review — you are the native speaker; we would not ship it without your eyes on it.
Next upgrade if you want it: a French /fr/ version, same architecture. Your audience straddles both.
The first build used (305) 501-2767, taken from the sweep CSV. That number belongs to GRUCAN Immigration Law — a different row in the same spreadsheet. His own site shows (305) 290-3838 in six places. Corrected and redeployed. Rule added to the factory skill: never take a phone number from a scored CSV without confirming it against the business's own property.
/fr/ — worth asking; the variant needs an FR block added (straightforward)Perfect and invisible. Nobody has ever been unhappy with her — and a client searching her own road will never find her.
You have a perfect 5.0★ record and thirteen years at the Bar, and a client searching your own corridor cannot find you: no website, an empty unclaimed Avvo profile, unclaimed directories — while Adolphe Law Group (564 reviews, trilingual website) owns Lake Worth Road.
| Asset | Status |
|---|---|
| Reputation | 5.0★ — literally unbeatable, but only 21 people deep |
| Credentials | 13 years admitted, clean record — and nowhere online says so except the Bar's own directory |
| Website | None |
| Avvo / directories | Unclaimed, empty — free citations sitting on the table |
| Consistency | Two different phone numbers in public records |
Your office sits on the same road as a firm with 4.9★ across 564 reviews and a modern multilingual site. None of them has your rating; all of them out-rank you everywhere except the map pin, because ranking requires a site to rank.
The honest version: a website will not out-muscle 564 reviews this year. What it does is catch everyone who finds you first — referrals checking you out, map-pack browsers comparing three tabs — and stop sending them onward. At $2,500–$5,000 per signed case, that leak matters more than the ranking war.
A complete EN/ES site: six practice pages, flat-fee positioning, the notario trust section with Bar-verification instructions, and a bilingual consultation form. Plus the free-to-claim list (Avvo, directories) we'd clean up in month one.
“How hard is now a days to find a lawyer that actually care for your case and is not only there to take your money.”
“it's difficult to find a lawyer who can guide you through the immigration process without worrying about how to get your money.” (translated from Spanish)
lrodriguezlaw.com resolves to an empty DreamHost page. Not attributed to her without a WHOIS — could be a second dead-domain hook or a name collision.
An F-rated company with a near-identical name is collecting his one-star reviews, and he's been fighting it in the reply box because he owns no piece of the internet where he could win the argument instead.
You have been preparing returns from the same address since 2007, and you own no piece of the internet — so when three one-star reviews meant for a company with a similar name landed on your listing, the only place you could defend yourself was in the reply box.
| Asset | Reality |
|---|---|
| Website | None. The only domain ever listed for you — jnmservice.com, still on your old Facebook page — now fails: Cloudflare error 1001 and an expired security certificate. |
| Gone. Returns “This content isn't available right now.” | |
| Yelp, BBB, Manta, YellowPages, Thumbtack, Nextdoor, ZoomInfo | No listing at all. Eighteen directories checked. |
| Google Business Profile | Exists. Shows “Add website.” Opens at 10 AM. |
| Reviews, everywhere | Seven. All on Google. Averaging 3.3 stars. |
Three of those seven are one-star, all from about two years ago, all describing the same phone scam — someone called to get an AGI number and was charged around $500 by people named “Brianna” and “Nicholas Lorentz.”
You replied to each one yourself:
“We are not the business that prepared your return and you're not our client. Please verify carefully the business' name, we are NOT Providence Tax prep, we are: PROVIDENCE TAX SERVICES INC.”
That reply is correct and it is also the whole problem. You are litigating your own identity in a review box, one customer at a time, because there is nowhere else on the internet that says who you are.
Nineteen years of filings against seven reviews and a broken link.
Your ad has run in the description of a Haitian-Creole YouTube channel. Your team's names, and the community you clearly serve, are Haitian. And there is not one word of Kreyòl anywhere in your online presence — because there is no online presence to put it in.
A complete site that ends the identity problem quietly: your real corporate name, your address, nineteen years said plainly, published price ranges, and pages for personal returns, business returns, IRS letters and bookkeeping. Month one alongside it: claim the Google listing, retire the dead link, file removal requests on the three misdirected reviews, and start collecting reviews from clients you've had for years.
I hypothesised the unfamiliar (800) number meant someone had edited his unclaimed Google listing. Two independent passes killed that:
Those filings also prove the practice is actively preparing returns in 2026 — better evidence of life than any review. Technique now in the factory skill: ProPublica's 990 full-text search exposes any tax firm's current phone, EIN, PTINs and filing activity, and beats every scraped directory.
Two reviews ever, one of them wordless — and three businesses under one name that nobody can find.
You're open until 9 PM in the middle of downtown Lake Worth Beach and Google doesn't even know you own your own listing — it's unclaimed, has no website, and shows two reviews from years ago.
| Asset | Status |
|---|---|
| The business | 9 years registered, current on filings, real storefront on Dixie Hwy |
| Google listing | Exists but unclaimed — anyone could request ownership of your own listing |
| Website | None. “Add website” is showing on your own profile |
| Reviews | Two, ever. One is glowing and names Junior. Five more would put you near 4.7★ |
| Market position | Nobody owns the Español downtown-Lake-Worth tax position online |
Lake Worth Beach fills with people searching “impuestos cerca de mi” and “tax preparation near me” every January. Those searches currently land on Thumbtack pages and a national chain. At your average prep fee, every 2–3 captured returns a month covers the entire service.
A complete site in your voice: published price ranges (samples for you to adjust), personal/business/IRS-letter/bookkeeping pages, year-round positioning, and an “in your language” section ready to say Español today and Kreyòl the moment you confirm it. Plus the month-one checklist that costs nothing but the doing: claim the listing, fix the hours, start the review engine.
“LOVED THE EXPERIENCE! No issues whatsoever. If you need a man of their word junior is the guy for you!”
That phrase is the tone guide for the whole site.
Thirty-two years, 100% immigration, French/Kreyòl/English on her own Bar record — and zero digital footprint of any kind. Attorneys admitted three years ago outrank her.
Thirty-two years practising immigration law, admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994, and a client searching “avoka imigrasyon North Miami Beach” today will not find you anywhere — no website, no reviews, no profile you control.
| The record | Online | |
|---|---|---|
| Experience | Admitted 1994. 32 years, 100% immigration law. | Nothing |
| Standing | Florida Bar #7587, Member in Good Standing | A directory line |
| Languages | French, Kreyòl, English on your own Bar record | Nothing |
| Reviews | — | Zero, anywhere |
In North Miami Beach, the businesses advertising hardest to Haitian clients are frequently not licensed attorneys. One nearby operation carries dozens of warm reviews from Haitian community members while a reviewer states plainly that the owner is not a lawyer. Families choose them because they are findable.
Your license is the thing those operations cannot copy. Right now it is also the thing nobody can see.
Your Bar record lists a PO Box and a cell number rather than the office. If you are winding the practice down rather than growing it, say so and we will not take your time — the audit is yours to keep either way.
PO Box and cell on the Bar record, no firm name, and zero reviews after 32 years. That profile is consistent with a low-volume solo practice, possibly winding down. Call before investing further.
Five candidates were disqualified during verification. That's the part of the process that saves the batch — a scored spreadsheet finds listings, not businesses.
nslookup + curl. A directory listing a URL is not evidence the site loads.
